Introduction to MBSR

What is Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (“MBSR”)?
In today’s overstimulated world we are constantly bombarded with information from our phones, emails and social media – leading to mental and physical exhaustion. We are offering an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program to help you navigate the highly pressured and always-on modern world successfully so that you can be more focused, resilient, and more able to make optimal choices both at work and in your personal life.
Developed by Prof. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts, MBSR is an evidence-based program proven to positively impact mental performance and reduce stress – leading to enhanced well-being and performance.
Whether you are stressed, anxious or merely wishing to optimise your life, this program could well be for you.

- Improved stress management – including that from work, school, family, financial matters, and more.
